The front desk receptionist was so kind and helped to make sure we were checked in order and to get us in for what we needed as soon as possible.

I am from out of state visiting in the area. I chose this facility from reading the reviews and roughly knew the area of the location. I made an online appointment. From the moment I walked into the facility, being seen and treated, I have nothing but praise and respect for the staff as well as the care I received. I’m this day and age and just visiting with having an unfortunate reason to be seen/treated I was completely satisfied. A little more pricey than I expected but what can I say? Thank you just the same for your professionalism.

Staff was friendly, no wait time, and provider saw me quickly. Provider had great bedside manner and called back about lab results promptly. Would recommend above other urgent cares.

All-around great experience the booking was easy the place was spotless, and the group that worked there were great and no wait time

They didn't even mention they don't accept this insurance until we went in person. Waste of time

I booked an appointment for a PCR test. When at the office, the nurse asked several questions about my condition, took my temperature, and started to take my heart rate. I asked why this is all necessary for a PCR test and was told that I was also there for an examination by the doctors in the office.I realize then that Carbon Health will be sharing for both a PCR test and examination, even though I never asked for the latter. It was explained to me several times by the nurse that I should have been aware that Carbon Health is an urgent care facility, not just a COVID test center. A doctor came in later to discuss the appointment. Long story short, I had to push to get my appointment changed to a PCR test only, so that I will not be charged for the examination. However, it is unclear to me how much I will be charge for the PCR test after insurance.There are all sorts of issues here. 1. Let's begin by saying this practice is COMPLETELY DECEPTIVE. No where in the process of making an appointment for a PCR test did the Carbon Health website mention an examination (with additional cost) was being added to the appointment.2. When questioning the nurse on what was going on, she kept mentioning that Carbon Health is an urgent care facility, not just a COVID test facility. I should have known. To me, she was telling me I shouldn't be upset because I should have known that my appointment is for both a PCR test and examination.3. The doctor that came in was more sympathetic to the situation and changed my appointment to PCR testing only. However, it is unknown to me what will be charged to my insurance company or how much will be out-of-pocket expenses will be.To me, this is a COMPLETLY DECEPTIVE practice by Carbon Health. The fact that I have insurance does not mean a health care provided should be swindling them. This is why the health care costs increase every year and premiums for people continue to escalate.I hope you read my post and actually do something.3.
